#2 – Once you have a lot of backlinks in place then you can focus on getting more articles indexed. There is no point in getting 200 articles indexed when your site does not have enough power to rank those pages.

So focus on doing things in the right order & your results should come over time! Not only that, but if you do things right then you have a better chance of sustaining your rankings over time.
